Place the unmated queen inside, shake some bees, and the nuc box is ready to function as an autonomous colony. Build in feeder. When the queen will be meted and will begin to give birth in the little frames (it is advisable to first build them in a normal hive). The queen cannot remain long after fertilization, because of the trend for swarming.
